Waiver and Photo Agreement

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the event, classes, programs, or workshops offered by EAST COAST SOCIAL CLUB. I understand the risks associated with all activities offered by EAST COAST SOCIAL CLUB.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE EAST COAST SOCIAL CLUB, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at any facility or gathering. In taking part in events, classes, workshops, or any other activities with EAST COAST SOCIAL CLUB, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the events, classes, workshops, or other activities.

I grant permission to East Coast Social Club, operating under the laws of the State of Virginia, with its principal place of business at 107 N 5th St, Suffolk, VA 23434, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and its affiliated members, representatives, and staff to take and use photography of me during social events, public and private gatherings and travel activities organized by the Company.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Release of Likeness: I grant the Company permission to capture and use my likeness, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings in any form, for promotional and marketing purposes, including print materials, social media, website, and any other marketing channels used by the Company.

2. Ownership and Rights: I acknowledge that the Company and its representatives have the exclusive ownership rights to all photography captured by them during the events and activities. I understand that the Company may use, reproduce, distribute, and display these photographs for any lawful purpose, without requiring further approval or compensation from me.

3. Consent to Use: I affirm that I am of legal age and have the authority to grant this release. I willingly and voluntarily grant this permission without any expectation of privacy or compensation, present, or future, in perpetuity.

4. Exemption of Liability: I release the Company, its representatives, and staff from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the capture, use, or distribution of the photographs, including any liability due to distortion, alteration, or use in composite form.

5. Confidentiality: While the Company will take reasonable precautions to protect my personal information, I acknowledge that images captured and shared during the events and activities may be viewed, saved, and shared by other participants or the general public. I understand that I should exercise caution with regard to any sensitive or personal information I share during these events.

6. Revocation of Consent: I understand that I may revoke this release at any time in writing. However, I acknowledge that revoking consent will not affect any actions taken before my revocation.
